Usually, restriction capillary proceeds at a flow rate of 1ml/min, resistant to more than 60bar, depending on the chromatographic instrument models. If pressures of more than 100bar are required at a flow rate of 1 ml/min, multiple capillaries can be connected directly in series without the need for additional consumables.
