Liquid chromatography union peek stainless steel 1/16″ 1/8″

Unions are used to connect two tubes with same outsider diameters. There are two kinds of materials unions: peek unions and stainless steel unions. Both of them are designed to let solvent flow through directly without influence of zero dead volume. Stainless steel unions are suitable for all the tubes of 1/16" od and tube fittings of inside threads 10-32UNF. Peek unions aim at the tubes of 1/16" or 1/8" od, and tube fittings of 10-32UNF or 1/4-28UNF. The stainless steel unions are maximumly resistant to 140Mpa, while peek unions are 20Mpa. Our unions have a good sealing performance not to lead to solvent leakage in experiments. They can reduce system dead volume of LC to a large extent and make sure reliable high-pressure connection. These unions can be used repeatedly to greatly lower experiment costs.
