Gratitude & Unity: Chromasir Celebrates 10th Anniversary of Founder’s Entrepreneurship with Farm Team Building
On the occasion of Thanksgiving, Chromasir (Maxi Scientific Instruments (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.) organized a team building activity at a local farm in Suzhou on November 27th. Amidst the beauty of nature and joyful laughter, all employees celebrated the important milestone of the company founder’s 10th anniversary of entrepreneurship.
On the day of the event, the farm was filled with a lively atmosphere. Temporarily putting aside the busyness of work, everyone transformed into “cooking partners” and divided responsibilities: washing and cutting ingredients, lighting fires and cooking, seasoning and plating. Each person did their part with tacit cooperation. Hearty and flavorful dishes such as braised goose in iron pot, local-style braised chicken, braised fish in brown sauce, and steamed crabs were successively served through the joint efforts of everyone. When sitting around to share the delicacies, conversations and laughter mingled with the aroma of food, which not only narrowed the distance between each other but also strengthened the team cohesion.
Taking Thanksgiving as an opportunity and group cooking as a link, this team building activity allowed employees to relax in close contact with nature and revisit the original aspiration of “marching forward together hand in hand” over the past ten years of entrepreneurship through collaborative labor. Ten years of hard work cannot be separated from the leadership of the founder and the persistence of all employees. For the future journey, Chromasir will continue to uphold the spirit of unity and cooperation, devote itself to the scientific instrument field with greater enthusiasm, and jointly embark on a new chapter of development.
